WHERE THE SPIRITUAL, THE CREATIVE AND THE PRACTICAL MERGE INTO ONE - THE "DEOGENIC WAY". This is a site for people who are interested in combining spirituality with excellence in their chosen activities. The Internal Church is where we enjoy a sense of the Divine Presence and receive strength and creative power to excel in whatever we want to accomplish. You will find a new word here: 'Deogenic'. The writer coined it from a combination of Latin and Greek words to express the principle that is basic to all spiritual life and personal achievement. 'Deo' comes from the Latin for God. Greek provided the root word for 'genesis', or where something comes from. Deogenic, therefore, means 'God as the source', or 'That which comes from God'. Its derivative 'Deogenics' refers to spiritual, psychological and physical tools and practices that help us draw upon the creative and sustaining power that flows from the wonderful mystery we call 'God'. We all share in that wonderful Presence. It is within us and amongst us - all of us. It is not tribal or partisan nor is it some sort of super human, loving 'He' or 'She' with infinite powers who demands obedience and sternly punishes us if it is not received. Its rules are the laws of nature. The consequences of behaviour are not reward or punishment for being 'good' or 'bad' but are the natural outcome of our actions and thoughts that we refer to as 'cause and effect'. There is a universal surge of creative energy that is Deogenic. It is infinitely powerful and is an expression of 'God' in the sense the word is used here. It is an infinitely creative force that produced and sustains us all. We, in turn, express its power through our own creative thoughts and actions. Creativity and faith are natural powers that flow from our own Deogenic origin. Through our creative drive and our faith and compassion we can bring the world closer to a 'heaven' on earth than a 'hell' on earth. With Deogenics we can increase the extent and power of our own contribution to this goal.
